An open day dream come true!

Wow. I’m still riding the wave of joy from our Open Day! what an unforgettable celebration! I honestly didn’t know what to expect, but I definitely didn’t expect so many of you to turn up, from 1030am to 4pm, people just kept coming through the doors! The studio was buzzing all day, and I’m still beaming with pride and gratitude and a little bit of shock!

From the moment we opened the doors, there was a steady stream of curious, smiling faces. What touched me the most was the incredible mix of people who came through, little ones with wide eyes, teenagers hanging back but clearly intrigued, all the way up to wise souls in their seventies who came to see what we’re about. It was exactly what I’ve always hoped to create: a space that feels welcoming to everyone, not just the typical yoga crowd. That kind of inclusivity is so rare in studios these days, and it means the world to me that we’re breaking that mold.

The energy was electric. There was laughter, chit chat, people explored every corner, asked about class styles, and stayed for chats over homemade cakes and fruit punch. It felt like a community forming right in front of my eyes.

One moment I’ll never forget: a soft knock at the door in the middle of all the excitement. I opened it to find a flower delivery… sunflowers!!! sent by my teacher along with a heartfelt note. I may have teared up (okay, I definitely teared up). It was such a beautiful reminder of how far this journey has come, and how supported I’ve been along the way.

To every single person who showed up, shared kind words, or just soaked in the vibe…THANK YOU! This is only the beginning, and I truly can’t wait to see how this studio grows with you in it.
